This policy describes what data LittleWell processes when you use our products (the “Service”) and how we handle it.
What data we collect
- Email. Provided at checkout — we use it to send your configuration and service notifications.
- Payment data. Payments are processed by a third-party provider (Tribute). We do not store card details; we only receive the payment status and a payment identifier.
- VPN configuration. To connect, a configuration file (keys and access parameters) is generated and tied to your order.
Traffic logging
We do not log your internet traffic: the sites you visit and the data you transmit are neither recorded nor analyzed.
How data is used
Data is used solely to provide and support the Service: issuing access, delivering the configuration, processing payments, and responding to support requests. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except for the payment and email providers required to operate the Service.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained for as long as necessary to operate the Service and meet legal requirements. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
